Returns Policy
You may return items in new condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within a week of us receiving the item back
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. This applies especially to plants and items made of wood and other natural ingredients. We will notify you immediately if we cannot fulfill your order.
Boxes
Yes, we do recycle boxes. We believe our landfills are full enough already so you may see your item shipped in a recycled box. They are almost brand new and will of course keep all your items safe during shipping. If you DO NOT want a previously used box please note this during your checkout.
